As our blinds and curtains are custom manufactured to your specific measurements and specifications, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Each product is uniquely made for your windows and cannot be resold.
All our products come with a comprehensive warranty that covers:

If measurements were taken by our professional team and the product does not fit correctly, we will remake or adjust the product at no additional cost. If you provided your own measurements and they are incorrect, a remaking fee may apply.
If you experience any issues with the installation of your blinds or curtains, please contact us within 14 days. Our installation team will return to address any concerns at no extra charge.
