At Bonepurify, we take pride in the quality of our custom blinds and curtains. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

Custom Made Products

As our blinds and curtains are custom manufactured to your specific measurements and specifications, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Each product is uniquely made for your windows and cannot be resold.

Warranty Coverage

All our products come with a comprehensive warranty that covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Mechanical failures of operating mechanisms
  • Issues with fabric or coating under normal use

Defective Products

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us within 7 days of noticing the issue. We will:

  1. Arrange for an inspection of the product
  2. Repair the defect at no charge if covered under warranty
  3. Replace the product if repair is not possible
  4. Offer a refund if replacement is not feasible

Measurement Errors

If measurements were taken by our professional team and the product does not fit correctly, we will remake or adjust the product at no additional cost. If you provided your own measurements and they are incorrect, a remaking fee may apply.

Installation Issues

If you experience any issues with the installation of your blinds or curtains, please contact us within 14 days. Our installation team will return to address any concerns at no extra charge.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim or report an issue:

  1. Contact our customer service team via phone or email
  2. Provide your order number and description of the issue
  3. Include photographs of the defect if possible
  4. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Fading due to sun exposure (normal for fabric products)
  • Modifications made after installation
  • Damage from improper cleaning methods
